Product Owner Journey Design & Improvements

You will be responsible for overseeing various initiatives, managing multiple disciplines/areas, and managing budgets. The role requires you to ensure all customer journeys work as expected. Disruptions can greatly affect our operations.

You act as a servant leader. You actively support and encourage people to organize themselves and create the needed work environment. This approach fosters close collaboration and continuous improvement.

You closely collaborate with all stakeholders to maintain healthy Domain/Tribe dynamics. This enables a fast and effective value delivery flow by:

• facilitating of prioritized and focused way of working
• backlog creation and refining the priorities and focus as well as determining in what order items should be picked up (prioritizing) and monitoring the progress of the different tasks.

You ensure alignment with all involved stakeholders and cross-domains through preparing and facilitating (pre) quarterly business review meetings. You ensure that all necessary information is at hand and prior alignments were performed to prioritize efficiently.

You inspect, control, and encourage adaptation to change. You monitor the product backlog and address any setbacks or obstacles.

You explore new business value by actively searching for opportunities and supporting initiatives. You find products that help the team efficiently gather validated customer insights.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have 5 to 7 years of experience in continuous improvement and leading change initiatives. you are familiar with IT technology/solutions
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are open-minded and possess a can-do attitude with an agile mindset. You have experience managing organizational change.
• Strategic thinking has no secrets for you
• You have a sharp understanding of how data can be used to drive the business.
• You have strong storyteller skills and the ability to deliver a message with impact to senior leadership.
