Software Engineer (Mr.)

Tekst is on the lookout for a skilled Software Engineer. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As a Software Engineer, you will design and build critical features of our AI-powered automation platform, contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy.

What will you be doing?

As part of the Engineering team, you will take ownership of significant technical initiatives:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable features and services that power our enterprise AI platform
  • Make architectural decisions and contribute to technical roadmap planning
  • Lead technical projects from conception through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across our infrastructure
  • Contribute to engineering best practices, tooling, and development processes
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience building production systems
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to our stack
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and system design principles
  • Track record of delivering complex features and technical projects on schedule
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product and design teams
  • Experience with AI/ML systems or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English skills.
