CRO & Web Analytics Expert

As a CRO & Web Analytics Specialist, you will be part of our team responsible for experimentation, analytics, and journey optimization. In this challenging position, you play a crucial role in gathering insights from quantitative and qualitative data and translating them into recommendations for our digital channels. Additionally, you contribute to setting up experiments on various websites and assist in developing the CRO and experimentation mindset throughout the organization. You closely monitor developments in digital marketing and propose innovative solutions. You play a crucial role in setting up and reporting on digital campaigns.

What are your responsibilities as a CRO & Web Analytics Specialist? 

Gather insights and translate them into website improvements and experiment recommendations.

Set up and analyze experiments in collaboration with experienced designers, developers, and digital experts.

Further develop the CRO mindset by sharing knowledge, providing training, and optimizing processes.

Stay up-to-date with developments in digital marketing and apply this knowledge.

Provide advice on the setup of digital campaigns and share results with stakeholders.

What is your profile? 

You have a good understanding of conversion optimization and UX, along with a general passion for digital.

You have experience in website and conversion optimization (psychology, best practices, processes, UX, A/B testing, copywriting).

You have knowledge of web analytics tools and online testing tools (Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).

You can analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate it into clear recommendations.

You have knowledge of various digital media channels.

You are results-oriented and have a continuous desire for improvement.

You have good communication skills and stakeholder management.

You understand and speak English fluently, Dutch is a nice to have.
