UX/UI designers are in charge of bringing the product to life. They convert insights from UX researchers and requirements from product designers and product managers into functional designs that are easy and enjoyable to navigate.
UI means user interface; this involves having a good knowledge of visual and interaction design as well as an excellent eye for detail. UX stands for user experience and it follows a process that is divided into user research, design, testing, and implementation. UX/UI designers mainly focus on the design, testing, and implementation phase, however depending on the size of the company they can also perform the tasks of a UX researcher.
