Scope: From onboarding to office culture, L&D to reporting, all with a people-first mindset.

As a People Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat that keeps our People team running smoothly. Here's what you'll focus on:

Key Responsibilities

  • On- and offboarding: coordinate & guide smooth processes for our employees.
  • L&D: act as a sparring partner to the People & Culture Manager to create an efficient L&D process in line with our values, actively coming with initiatives to continuously improve.
  • Reporting: compile data of engagement surveys, performance reviews, HRIS into clear reports with interesting insights.
  • Office: together with your office colleague you ensure our offices breathe our culture, a place where everyone feels at home. Therefore you will be present at the front desk 2 days, supporting and helping colleagues where needed.

Job requirements

  • Have experience: You have at least 3-4 years of experience in an office or people related role.
  • Are super organized: You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You can juggle multiple competing deadlines like a pro.
  • Are a people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and collaborate with teams.
  • Are tech-savvy: You enjoy working with data, creating reports, and learning new systems quickly. You're open to integrating AI tools into your workflow and see them as a way to work smarter.
  • Are results-oriented: You're self-directed but know when to escalate. You enjoy creating efficient processes and solving operational challenges.
  • Are passionate about growth: You're energized by coordinating programs and helping people develop. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and can handle confidential information with discretion.
