BASE is looking for a CRM Analyst for the Customer Base Management team. The Customer Base Management team is responsible for the retention, up- and cross-sell among the existing customer base. As a CRM Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring that the right customer gets the right offer/communication and that your colleagues get all the insights based on former campaigns for continuous improvement.
