Data Analyst

Role: Data Analyst

Level: Medior

Scope: Support our GTM teams with analytics, reporting, and operational insights, as well as assist with some of our internal AI-related initiatives

Location: Ghent, Belgium, with hybrid/on-site working model

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our central RevOps, Data & AI team. In this role, you will turn data into actionable insights across the full customer funnel, from Marketing and Sales through onboarding, usage, and retention.

You will work closely with GTM teams, product stakeholders, and fellow data colleagues to deliver high impact analysis, dashboards, and data stories that influence decision making. • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting layers using Looker to enable self-serve insights across teams
  • Create clear data stories and communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to define metrics, ensure reliable tracking, and evaluate experiments or initiatives
  • Work with structured datasets in Snowflake, including relational modeling using SQL
  • Support recurring analytics needs as well as ad hoc deep dives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Contribute to applied AI initiatives by preparing datasets, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting insight generation workflows
  • Help improve data quality, documentation, and analytical best practices across the organization
  • Take ownership of analytics projects from scoping through delivery, in close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Analytics role
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational data modeling
  • Proven experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with funnel metrics and business KPIs
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously on projects
  • Experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Familiarity with GTM systems such as HubSpot or similar CRMs
  • Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven workflow automation tools and processes
  • Experience bringing analytics or automation workflows into production
  • Interest in AI, automation, and scalable analytics solutions
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments
