Within the Data Acceleration Tribe - the centralized data & AI team in Telenet’s agile at-scale organization - our Data Strategists play a key role in shaping and executing our AI products.
Our Data Strategists are centralized and report into our AI team. They play a key role in our product strategy, with each individual data strategist leading the execution of one of our AI products and steering the day to day efforts of our data scientists and analysts to do so. This happens in close collaboration with business teams across Telenet (quarterly click-in mechanism with business teams) on topics such as Customer Experience transformation, Segment-of-one marketing, Value-based network roll-out, and Strategic workforce intelligence.
For this specific role, the focus lies on Network & Connectivity-related topics within a telco environment, where understanding of network architecture, technical root causes and operations is key to driving impactful data use cases.
Typical scope of the Network & Connectivity topics are e.g. network optimization, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, smart investment strategy based on customer experience.
