To keep our product ahead of the curve, we’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to both enhance the user experience of our existing solutions and design the UX of new features that empower creative teams worldwide. 

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. 
• Develop personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the user experience. 
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life. 
• Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis. 
• Ensure consistency and coherence in UI/UX design across all CHILI publish applications. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the SaaS and MarTech industry.

• Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the SaaS industry. 
• Possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards. 
• Are proficient with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Zeplin. 
• Have experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analytics-driven design improvements. 
• Can translate complex workflows into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. 
• Are familiar with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (bonus, but not required). 
• Have strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Are comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced product environment. 

• Have experience designing for cloud-based platforms. 
• Are skilled in motion design or micro-interactions. 
• Have a passion for branding and visual storytelling. 
• Speak multiple languages and appreciate diverse cultural contexts.
