Role: Go-To-Market Marketeer

Scope: We are looking for an ambitious go-to-market marketeer to refine our product positioning and messaging, and to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, with a clear focus on outbound. You will own the GTM motion for Teamleader Orbit and play a key role in making our German expansion a success.

Language requirement: Fluent in English and German/ Dutch

Location: Ghent, Belgium; or Amsterdam, the Netherlands; or fully remote from Germany

As the Go-To-Market Marketeer for Teamleader Orbit, you sit at the intersection of product, market, and sales execution. You turn market insights into concrete outbound themes, campaigns, and messaging that help sales engage the right accounts at the right time.

Go-to-market strategy

  • Together with Sales and Marketing, develop, manage, review, and evolve the GTM plan for Teamleader Orbit:
  • What we sell: product positioning and value proposition
  • Who we sell to: ICPs, personas, segments, and target accounts
  • How we sell: channels, messaging, triggers, and outbound plays
  • Act as the link between product knowledge and market reality, ensuring positioning stays relevant and differentiated.
  • Create messaging that drives engagement across outbound, website, events, and campaigns.

Market & competitive intelligence

  • Use market and competitive research to deeply understand the agency landscape, buyer personas, and customer needs.
  • Develop a clear and compelling value proposition for Teamleader Orbit.
  • Track market trends and translate them into actionable GTM insights.
  • Provide sales with sharp, credible outbound angles based on real market signals.

Insight-driven GTM optimisation

  • Analyse win/loss reasons in collaboration with Sales.
  • Help interpret conversion data across key touchpoints to understand what is truly moving our buyers to a decision.
  • Form and communicate a point of view on what should change to improve GTM effectiveness.
