Solution Engineer (Jr.)


Tekst is on the lookout for a Solution Engineer. At Tekst, our mission is to make AI work for the enterprise. As a Solution Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to support product evaluations, implementations, and ongoing success of our AI-powered automation platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to grow their skills and make a meaningful impact in the AI space.

What will you be doing?

As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you will support customer success through technical excellence:

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during product onboarding and implementation
  • Customize and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Assist customers in configuring and optimizing the Tekst platform for their use cases
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation, training materials, and customer resources
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and support for our customers
  • Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering to inform ongoing development

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 1-2 years of experience in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and technical problem-solving skills
  • A desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to tackle new challenges
  • Enthusiasm for AI and enterprise software solutions
